Cordelia & co. Makeup Trials are different to any other services offered in the industry. This is because we put no limit on your time. We also make this about you and getting to know you.
Makeup is an extremely personal experience. We want understand how you see yourself and not just how you want to look and your wedding day but most importantly how you want to feel.
WHAT'S INCLUDED

Up to 3 hours in the studio (0r your preferred location on request) creating your wedding day look. All fees include false lashes, corrective/cammouflage makeup if desired.

Unlimited communication to discuss and make plans for your 'getting ready prep'​

Your makeup look will be created with your overall look in mind. we will take images in different light, make notes and discuss your prep details such as numbers & times

By the end of your appointment we will have created a look you will be delighted with. We can tweak colours and products until you are completely comfortable and feel your best self.

You are welcome to have your makeup taken off before you leave and your skin cleasned and moisturised or you can leave with your makeup look and road test it

BRIDAL MAKEUP
I make sure getting ready on your wedding day is fun, calm and gorgeous time.
My experience in wedding day makeup means I will take care of everything. There is nothing for you to consider.
I really want you to sit back, relax and enjoy being pampered. The result being you will look and feel incredible on your special day

I only take 1 wedding booking per day meaning there is never any rush and I can be with you to support you and the bridal party to the minute you leave to get married​

I will arrive at an agreed time and work to a devised call sheet so everything runs smoothly and without stress. ​

I bring everything you could ever need (& somethings you didn't even know you would) all products, kit, lighting & seating

I will work with. you and your bridal party to create your agreed makeup looks and pamper you all to make you feel amazing. Calmness is my signature superpower. We will make sure everything runs on time and will work with your other suppliers such as your venue coordinator, photographer, hairstylist etc to guarantee prep perfection.

I will help in any way I can, assisting with dresses, button holes, housekeeping, pep talks, general coordination (or just take a step back) We will complete final touchups when all the bridal party are dressed to unsure your makeup stays flawless through the day

....I found working with Anna Cordelia a joy, she was very friendly, supportive, appropriate and professional throughout the preparatory stages and on the day.

HOW TO BOOK
STEP ONE:
Simply fill in the enquiry form, email or call. I’ll need your details & most importantly date of your wedding. The time of your wedding (if known) and your wedding styling address.
Let us know the type of booking you require ie approx number of people & if you're thinking of having all day services or not. Please don't worry if you are unsure of your requirements as all final details can be confirmed just prior to your wedding.
I’ll get back to you ASAP. If Anna is available for your chosen date I will respond with an itemised quote of costs and estimation of times.

STEP TWO: SECURING YOUR DATE
If you're happy with your quote & would like to proceed with your booking and secure your date, we simply require your makeup trial fees paid in advance to act as a deposit. Please pay your deposit within 7 days of confirming your booking in order to hold your wedding date.
Once we receive your deposit we will send you a receipt and confirmation of your secured date.
Your makeup trial date can now be arranged at any point in the future convenient to you.

You can reach out to us at any point before or after your trial with any questions you may have.
STEP THREE: CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING & FINAL PAYMENT
Following on from your makeup trial, Anna will put together all your final requirements into a confirmation letter.
This will cover dates, timings, location and number of persons. She will also issue a final payment invoice, displaying a full itemisation of makeup services.
Receipt of this booking schedule must be confirmed and it’s contents approved by yourself within 7 days of the rehearsal to secure your wedding date.
Full & final payment is required up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Will you come to me on my wedding day?
I will travel anywhere (as arranged) to provide makeup services for your wedding day... your venue, hotel, home or anywhere you will be getting ready
How many people can you provide makeup for (I have a lot of bridesmaids/large bridal party)?
Anna is happy to work with up to 6 people in a group makeup service. If you have a larger bridal party we can provide a 2nd makeup artist (or even a 3rd!) to meet your requirements.
When should I have a makeup trial?
I would reccomend booking your trial in good time and leaving 6/8 weeks prior to your wedding day. At this stage you are likely to have an idea of your final look
Payments, Cancelations & T&C's?
At the time of booking a deposit will be taken to hold your wedding date. The deposit is equivalent to the cost of a bridal trial (£95). From the time of your bridal makeup (& or) trial you have 7 days to decide if you wish to proceed with your wedding day booking.

If you do NOT wish to proceed there is no more pay. If you confirm your intention to use Cordelia & co. for your wedding day makeup then the final balance is due anytime up to 2 weeks prior to your wedding date.

After your wedding booking is confirmed after your trial and you shout wish to cancel then then the final balance must still be paid in it's entirety within 7 days of you cancelling.
​
If you are cancelling due to reasons beyond your control such as family emergency or 'Act of God' then you will be covered by all standard wedding insurance policies.
I don't wear much makeup normally, do i have to wear a lot of makeup on my wedding day?
Please do not think you have to wear a lot of makeup for your wedding. there are myths about needing more makeup for photographs etc. We promise to make you feel and look like the best version of you, whether that is our signature no makeup makeup or coveted smokey eye glam.
Do you provide hair styling services?
I Myself (Anna) am purely & proudly a makeup specialist... however we know, work with & recommend the countries best wedding hair stylists see the BRIDE GUIDE or checkout our personal recommendations HERE
Will my makeup last all day?
This is one of our most asked questions. While creating your chosen beautiful makeup look, your makeup will be applied skilfully using all of our knowledge of prep & products.
I will take into consideration your skin type and your makeup finish. sharing with you my tricks and tips for longevity. This will ensure your makeup will last through stress, (happy) tears and late night dancing.
Is it necessary to have a makeup trial?
It's is completely your decision but I would recommend a makeup trial before your wedding. This acts as a rehearsal where all the planning and trial run happens. It makes things so much easier on your wedding day knowing how you will look and how your makeup will last. The makeup trial is also a great chance to meet with me and get comfortable with us working together. However you may prefer a consultation via zoom.
Will you stay for touchups throughout the day?
I will only take one wedding booking per day to ensure you and your day and my priority. I can stay as long as required until the time you leave to get married for final touchups.

If you would like me to stay for touchups through out your wedding day & perhaps a change of look into the evening then you have the choice to book the platinium package as an add on.
When should I have my makeup done on my wedding day?
All timings and order of persons having their makeup done will be worked out in advance to suit you & your bridal party. I recommend that this order of makeup is thought of as a loose guide just to keep things moving and the atmosphere relaxed. As a rule I normally makeup my brides second to the end of the order. I always factor in time to get dressed, touchups, add ons such as jewelry and important time with your friends and family & perhaps a few photos too.
What if you are ill or unable to work on my wedding day?
Thankfully (knock on wood!) this hasn't happened to date. However in the event that I could not work on your wedding day I have created a full back up plan. I work with a team of highly skilled and reliable makeup artists & hair stylist. I always make notes for every booking and these notes would be passed on to the replacement MUA who would replicate your intended look. I only work with and recommend the most trusted and skilled MUAs & Hair stylists.
